# What happens if an item is listed at the wrong price on the website?
## What is OK4WD's pricing error policy?
OK4WD's pricing error policy allows the company to correct pricing errors and adjust prices at any time without prior notice. If you have already placed an order at an incorrect price, OK4WD will contact you within 2 business days to explain the discrepancy and offer the following options:
- Cancel the order for a full refund.
- Proceed with the order at the corrected price.
## Is OK4WD liable for pricing discrepancies?
OK4WD is not liable for any damages arising from pricing discrepancies, including errors on product pages, promotional materials, or third-party listings. If you believe a pricing error has affected your order, please contact the OK4WD customer support team directly for assistance.
