Will I need to sign for my package?

For orders of $500 or more, we may require a signature (from someone at least 18 years old), just to make sure your gear arrives safely. If no one's available after two delivery attempts, the package heads back to us and the customer covers return shipping and any storage fees — but reach out and we'll help you figure out the best next step.
