Can an Alu-Cab Mod-Cap be built out with a bed, power module, portable fridge, porta potty, roof rack, and solar?

Yes, all of those can be incorporated into a Mod-Cap build. Note that fan and cooking/stove options are not built into the unit itself and would need to be added separately.
