Is the product in stock?

A product can be listed as available in stock with the supplier even if it is marked as Special Order on the website. Please confirm stock status with our team before placing your order.

Can special-order items still be available?

Yes. An item labeled Special Order may still be in stock with the supplier and available to ship immediately. Contact us by phone or email to confirm availability before placing your order.

Can international customers receive orders?

We do not offer direct international shipping. However, if you are outside our shipping area, you can still receive your order by using a freight forwarder. At checkout, enter your freight forwarder’s address, and they will deliver the order to your final destination.

How should stock and shipping be confirmed?

Before placing an order, please confirm the following with our team:

Whether the item is currently in stock
Whether it is available to ship now
Whether you will be using a freight forwarder, and if so, their shipping address and any special handling instructions
