Is the product in stock?

A product can be listed as available in stock with the supplier even if it is marked as Special Order on the website. If you are considering an order, the stock status should be confirmed before purchase.

Can special-order items still be available?

Yes. An item labeled Special Order may still be available in stock with the supplier and ready to be ordered.

Can international customers receive orders?

Direct international shipping is not available. Customers outside the shipping area may use a freight forwarder by providing the freight forwarder’s shipping address for delivery.

How should stock and shipping be confirmed?

Before placing an order, confirm:

Whether the item is currently in stock
Whether it is available to ship now
Whether a freight forwarder will be used for delivery
