Can I cancel my order after I place it?

We understand plans change! If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out right away and we'll do everything we can to help — cancellations before shipping carry a 10–20% fee, and once an item has shipped (or a tracking number is issued) we're no longer able to cancel it. Special-order items, since they're sourced specifically for that order, can't be canceled at any point — which is exactly why our team always makes sure to confirm every detail with you before one goes in.
