What should I do when a freight (LTL/pallet) delivery arrives?

Freight orders ship on a pallet, and the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Inspect the shipment before signing and don't let the driver rush you. If there's visible, unacceptable damage, refuse the shipment. If the packaging is damaged but you're unsure about the product, sign for it noting 'concealed damage' rather than a clean delivery, and contact us right away with photos.
