Who pays customs duties and import taxes on international orders?

Customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. We always handle documentation honestly — we won't undervalue an invoice, mark a package as a gift, or use an incorrect code to help a customer avoid duties — but we're glad to answer any questions about what to expect before an order ships.
