To exchange an item, choose one of the two options below. We cannot ship a replacement without payment first, so select the path that works best for you and contact us to get started.- Pay up front: Purchase the replacement item first and we will ship it to you immediately.
- Return first: Send the original item back to us and we will ship the replacement once we receive it.
