Can I exchange an item for a different one instead of returning it for credit?

We'd love to get you into the right item as quickly as possible. Since we're not able to ship a replacement without payment first, you'll either pay for the new item up front or send the original back to us before the replacement ships — whichever's easier, just let us know and we'll help you through it.
