Should I mix and match lift kit components from different brands (e.g. different shocks, springs, and control arms)?

We generally recommend using a complete kit from a single manufacturer, such as the ARB MT64 kit, rather than mixing aftermarket brands together, since a matched kit is engineered to work as a system. For example, on that kit the front strut is typically set at a 1.4-2.1" lift rather than its maximum setting, and the rear shock is designed to suit a 0-1.5" rear lift.
