Is there an Alu-Cab ModCap fit kit for a 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor with a 5.5' bed?

No, Alu-Cab does not offer a ModCap fit kit for the 5' Raptor bed. Custom-fabricating fill panels for the bed sides isn't something we do in our shop. You'd also want to double-check roof clearance if planning to add a rooftop tent on top of the ModCap.
