Is OK4WD responsible for labor costs if a part turns out to be defective or under warranty?

Labor costs tied to installing or removing a part aren't something OK4WD covers directly, since that falls outside of what we sell — but we're always happy to help however we can, whether that's answering install questions or pointing a customer toward next steps.
