The key won't go into the lock on my Alu-Cab canopy's rear door — what should I try?

First check if the door is under any pressure — gently push or pull on the door while turning the key to relieve tension. If that doesn't help, debris may have built up in the lock; try applying dry graphite or a silicone lubricant to clear it. If the key still won't insert after cleaning, reach out to us with your serial number and lock core number so we can look into a warranty replacement or new core.
