What happens if an item I ordered is backordered, out of stock, or discontinued?

We'll let you know and give you an ETA if one is available. You can keep the order open so it ships as soon as it's in, switch to an in-stock alternative, or cancel for a full refund. If an item won't be available within roughly 30 days, or the manufacturer discontinues it, we'll typically cancel that part of the order and refund it unless you prefer to keep the order open until the item becomes available.
